I was there two weeks ago, and the biggest problem at Mandala is that the older, blonde waitress isn't friendly. Like at La Locura, she acts like she owns the place and has you all under her thumb. She gives a lot of rude replies and glares, and this is something that's being talked about among groups in Segovia. It's not like it used to be, especially since prices have gone up and other clubs offer vouchers and charge less. It's a shame to go in and leave without even finishing our drinks because of the unpleasant staff. The waitress was rude, and when we spoke to the owner, he backed her up. We asked for a complaint form, and the owner gave it to us but said he wouldn't give us a pen. It's unbelievable that such bad service is tolerated in a place that serves the public.

Don't go to this place!!! Worse than the rude waitress Carmen is the arrogant and condescending owner. After asking for a complaint form because of the way this woman treated me, he said he'd give me the form but not the pen to fill it out. He claims it's the first time in seven years that he's been asked for a complaint form, but when you see the bad reviews for the exact same reason I experienced, you realize it's a place to never return to. And, from what I can see, they even delete reviews. It's pathetic. Don't go to this place!
