Bacao was/is an outstanding restaurant. We have traveled to Spain on numerous trips for months at a time and Bacao easily moves into our Top 20 for all of Spain. The atmosphere is intimate and cozy. The service is professional and kind. We ended up going back twice while in Seville. We ended up trying about a dozen dishes over both visits and enjoyed all of them with four being truly breathtaking. Bacao is soo good it gives us a reason to go back to Seville now besides visiting the famous Alcazar.

My husband and I shared the roasted pork knuckle dry rice dish and wow— this was maybe the best pork I’ve eaten in my life. So tender, so delicious. With the chipotle aioli… incredible. You have to go order this dish! We started with the tapas brioches shredded ribs and patatas bravas with chipotle mayo and those were both incredibly flavorful as well. This place is a must visit!

We were starving after a boat ride and stumbled upon this place without a reservation at 8pm. Their reserved table was arriving at 9pm so we pinky swore to be gone by than… hilarious waiters … to be honest we had a blast “rushing” through dinner…. The food was delish, the service was very personal and our waiter Salvatore was a true gem! Definitely recommend this place for the service and the food .. and the decor was super cute as well !!! If I ever come back to Seville this resto will be on my list ! ❤️

Wonderful experience at Bacao Seville. Very close to the city centre, nice ambiance and the servers were very profesional and friendly. The food was delicious, You have to get the Meatballs with aged beef and folie gras. Can also recommend the Russian salad starter and the pork cheeks. We actually came back the next day to try the brioche bread starter with pulled pork and it didn't disappoint.
