I had a really disappointing experience with KFC. I placed an order that included a chicken kebab, a Colonel menu, a classic chicken burger, and a wrap menu upgraded to large. When I got home and checked my bag, I realized the Colonel burger was completely missing. That’s not a small mistake that’s a full item just not included. The only way to order is through the self screen check out. I wanted only to make sure a chicken breast was part of the order , because the screen won’t specify and won’t let me select specific parts. Like I’m used to in others KFC. Also I asked for not salted fries. Which is the easiest part. For both questions they treated me very disrespectful. Finally ended up ordering something that I didn’t want, because in order to get the chicken breast, I needed to order a bucket. Still the fries were too salty, and tasted like and soggy. The stuff is so rude and they didn’t want to solve our problem . And the beverage machine was broken and they didn’t care about it. Only kostas was nice to us and very helpful. They also make mistakes at the orders and we need to ask for the missing items.
