What a delight for a night in Toledo! We (me, wife and kids, 12 and 14) had SO MANY traditional tapas, and each one was better than the next. They were not only delicious, but also priced affordably. After days in Spain, we ate more during this meal and paid significantly less than any other. Finally, the service and hospitality was as much of a highlight as the food. Service was really bad, the waitress didn't know anything. It looked like it was her first day. The food was terrible, kids menu was awful, the pasta from kids menu which can be seen in the picture, came with a tomato sauce that tasted like it belonged to another dish (not pasta sauce), the burger also from the kids menu was just the burger meat, some lettuce and bread, no ketchup, mayo or anything. From the adults menu, the food was more or less the same, migas dish was really dry, chicken toledana more or less the same. I don't recommend this place

For lunch on a Tuesday it is a prefixe type menu, with bread, drink, 2 courses and dessert. We got the paella, the deer croquettes, the hamburger and the Toledo style chicken. The bread they bring to the table? So delicious! Everything else… not great. Totally edible, but lacking flavor and the meat seemed just barely cooked enough. We got coffee for dessert because although the food wasn’t outstanding it was filling. The coffee was bad and we didn’t take more than a sip. Save your caffeine intake for a cafe nearby. Visiting Toledo, we chose to visit this place that was recommended by a friend. We got the menu for €18. A main course, second course, pastry, coffee, and beverage included. I found the price excellent for what we got. Good quality of food, not excellent. Nothing you will remember. But this place is an excellent option for tourists who are spending a day in Toledo. You can't make a reservation. They only accept walk-ins. Recommended
