Criminally understaffed. I waited almost an hour just to get my order, mind you I was first in line. Behind me were other customers complaining. The reason for this was that there was only one unfortunate woman working here, doing all the pizzas and orders herself. I put no blame on her, but on the owners of this establishment and bad management. Something must change. The pizza itself was quite good, and I didn’t have to wait long after I have placed my order.

Very bad. I've always enjoyed going there and never had any problems, but yesterday was the worst day. The woman who served me was incredibly rude. Of course, since I was talking to an acquaintance, she didn't pay any attention to the pizza I ordered. I don't know why they hire such bitter people to work in their stores. In total, I had to wait 40 minutes for a supposedly delicious pizza, and it was a complete disappointment. I won't be back. I hope they know how to eat properly and need friendly staff for customer service, not pedantic people like the woman who served me.
