The “churrero” knows his business really well and, if you ask, he can explain in detail the small subtleties that makes it special: the natural products used (rather than the artificial yeast), kneading the dough so it will get less oil - less fatty (rather than using a machine), changing the oil frequently, … The staff is also very friendly, so I returned a couple of times with my family.
