AWFUL establishment. never order food from them!!!! they don't pick up the phone, when they do they are rude and unhelpful, they lost our order and lied saying they tried to contact us. we contacted them after waiting outside our hotel in the cold for 30 minutes, calling over 15 times and nothing happening. the order was scheduled for 20:40, it is currently 22:00. they don't even speak english, which is in every customer service job description, and even though i speak a little spanish, i shouldn't have to in this situation.

Please don’t go there if you don’t want to get poisoned. Me and my husband had late breakfast (whoopers, potatoes and chili cheese) that turned out to be really bad food poisoning, with vommiting, heavy stomach and toilet problems (we didn’t eat anything else that day). Our weekends are just ruined… never again we will eat at Burger King.
