As the acclaimed best burger in the world, I had high hopes coming into this restaurant, I placed a reservation 2 weeks in advance. I made my way from Barcelona to Valencia solely to try this burger. On the day of the reservation, I was promptly seated by the server the ambience and decorations inside of the restaurant were nice. when I asked the server what she recommended, I was told to order the singular burger cooked, medium rare which I did. Although I can appreciate the quality of the meat and the fact that it was dry aged, I do not think that this alone constitutes itself to be the best

We ordered 3 burgers on 23.4. Looser, standard, cheeseburger. None of them came grilled as we ordered. I ordered medium and got well done. I ordered well-done for my 4 years old son and got medium. Taste was really off. Some small pieces of meat was that hard that you couldn't bite through. I don't know how other guests rate this place so high, but that's just my personal experience. The bored girl at reception was not in a good mood at all, to say the least. The girl that gathered order was polite on other hand, that's why giving it 2*.
