One power outlet in the room and one in. The bathroom. Good luck charging 2 devices overnight. Service is good, there is a line sometimes for breakfast and they run out of food that takes quite a bit if time to restock. Beds are comfortable.

Solid city hotel in a good location, but communication could be improved We stayed one night at Ilunion Aqua 4 during our visit to Valencia. The hotel offers a solid and reliable standard – nothing particularly outstanding, but everything worked well and made for a comfortable overnight stay. Considering the price, it offers fair value for a short city trip. The location is very good, especially for visiting the City of Arts and Sciences area, which is within easy walking distance. It is a 4 stars hotel but only for the location - which deserves 5. You can easily give them 2 stars as a hotel. The furniture seen better times, a hole in the wall, dust almost everywhere in the room and on the corridors. Bathroom is decent but with green mould and a funny shower system. The cleaning personnel is VERY noisy. Every morning they move a trolley full of bottles too, imagine the noise from the glass. They slam doors, speak looud between themselves because they visit each other on the floors. I tried to have a nap around 3-4 pm it was almost impossible. I asked for a shower cap at

Great location for the museum area of Valencia, not great for the old town. Metro is about a fifteen minute walk. Bus stops and taxis nearby. Hotel itself is part of the shopping centre, so you are really close to many shops and restaurants .. mainly chains. Rooms are quite spacious, bathrooms nice although I am not keen on the sliding door on the entrance to the bathroom. Breakfast is ok. Personally I found it a bit bland. Small hot food section was luke warm at best. Staff friendly enough.
