The typical dish we went to try “paella valenciana” was really disappointing — the rice was undercooked The rabbit and chicken were both dry and unseasoned, probably left from the previous day I normally dont leave food, but this time I couldnt continue as the food was horrible. The calamari was also chewy and unpleasant. To make things worse - the service was poor. The waitress came across as unfriendly and uninterested. When I told her the paella wasn’t good, she actually laughed, which I found very disrespectful. Overall - do not re
