I visited this establishment approximately a year ago, deliberately delaying this review to ensure my assessment remained measured and objective… and to allow for the possibility that an off night might have coloured my experience unfairly. As the owner of an award-winning restaurant in Turkey and someone who has dined at dozens of Michelin-starred institutions and attended countless tasting menus across the world, I feel I bring a considered perspective to what follows. My husband and I have been wanting to try this place for while, and we finally did. we should have gone sooner. It was excellent. The way they marry Mediterranean quality ingredients into Latin American inspired cuisine is almost an art with the exception of two courses that were slightly over salted. Everything else was perfectly balanced, extremely flavorful and beautifully executed. We had nine courses, and even though we were completely satisfied, I could have just as easily continued to eat, because it was so delicious. I can’t wait to go back.

We wnt to lunch here knowing nothing but walked away very happy and satisfied. Tasting menu with 8 plates. Each unique and delicious and outside of the normal Valèncian fare. Several appetizers along with 3 small mains. Menu changes seasonally. We enjoyed the sarsine and anchov plates a great deal. The lamb and skate were also delicious. Finished with a super tasty blue cheese ice cream. Note the 68E pp price did not include any drinks nor coffee/water. Recommended and we will return. Server and chef were very helpful and informative.

An intimate taberna serving top quality creative combination of Columbian and Valenciano cuisine......Since this review from 2024, I have been to the restaurant a couple of more times to enjoy the ever-evolving menu. The cooking and creativity of Chefs Junior and Ibrahim has gone up a notch or more.
