What can I say. It’s a whole perfect experience. First of all the coffee is amazing. I’m more of a medium-dark roast drinker which is exactly the coffee that is being served (they also have coffee for the people who don’t like their coffee stronger). In Valencia you mostly get sour light roasted coffee which doesn’t fit to my taste at all, so having found Un Cafe was like finding a needle in a haystack. Other than the coffee, what an amazing guy working here. Dani is absolute passionate about his craft and knows what he is doing. You realise he loves his job and you can taste it from the coffe

Dani has coffee shop and he produce really nice coffees at a great price. During my stay in Valencia I went there I think around 10 times and I can tell it’s one of the best coffees you can drink in the city center. The prices are very cheap starting from 1 euro something

I had the most personal coffee experience of my life at un cafe. Customers here are served one at a time. When you are served, the barista cares about you and your coffee. It’s a coffee 1-to-1. The coffee is artisan, made with (in my case) Minor Figures oat milk. Another great part of the whole experience is the price. It’s half that of the big coffee chains. In summary, swap the psychiatrist and get amazing value for money at un cafe.
