A terrible experience at this bar/restaurant. The wait for two breakfasts was incredibly slow; I had to wait 45 minutes, and to top it off, the tomato came with a surprise inside. The waitresses were incredibly slow and inattentive. The tables were filthy, not clean at all. I would never return to this place, nor would I recommend it. A truly awful experience.

Today I went with a group of five people in the morning and the experience was very satisfactory. We were in a big hurry for breakfast, but they served us very quickly. The service from all the waitresses was excellent, especially Kei, who was very friendly. Also, the croissants were absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!

We used to come to this restaurant a lot, but lately it's gone downhill. We always book in advance and arrive 5-10 minutes early to get a table, but the last two times we've been there, the table has never been ready, and we have to wait for someone to get up. So what's the point of a reservation? If you go after 2:30 pm, certain menu items are no longer available, and today, in particular, the service wasn't great; we ate at odd hours. The dishes weren't what we expected from the set menu, and we had to keep asking the waiters for drinks, dessert, and the bill. And we were already the last on

Four of us went for drinks on the terrace Friday afternoon. There were lots of people with children playing in the tent, and none of the staff said anything to them. We had to repeat our orders because they didn't bring them. When we went to the restroom, they told us it was out of order and then that it was closed—shameful, especially since we'd been on the terrace and ordering drinks for four hours. We finally went into the staff restroom, but they gave us dirty looks. We won't be back.
