There were three of us: a small child and two adults. We ordered a children's meal, and the adults each ordered two hamburgers. My son's hamburger was burnt, masking the flavor of the meat itself. It was my fault for not complaining. I removed the burnt bits from both sides, and he was able to eat it. I insist again that I should have complained so they could have replaced it… but I didn't. The fries were scarce with all three hamburgers, compared to other reviews I've seen. My wife's burger was the breaded chicken one, which was quite dry; her burger was a bit difficult to eat. We went for dinner and the experience was fantastic. The food was delicious and the themed atmosphere was magical, especially for Harry Potter fans. The whole place immerses you in that world from the moment you walk in (and on the stomping pony!). Plus, the waiter/animagus, Golden, was super friendly and very attentive, making the experience even more fun. If we return to Zaragoza, we'll definitely go back.
