Hansika helped me choose a very beautiful and delicious cake. It tasted amazing!🫶 I’m truly thankful for the great service and support. My friend was very happy, and we really enjoyed the experience. Hansika and Harsha were amazing! They were both incredibly supportive, friendly, and attentive throughout my visit. As a pregnant mom, I needed a little extra assistance, even with simple things like pulling out a chair, and they were always there to help without me having to ask. They regularly checked on me, asked if I was comfortable, and made sure I had everything I needed. Their kindness and genuine care made me feel so welcomed and looked after. Their service is truly appreciated, and they are a wonderful asset to the team. Thank you both for making my experience so comfortable and enjoyable!

Went here for an eve coffee date with my girls and honestly had a really nice time. The place was calm, pretty and had such a good vibe and a good view for catching up. During our stay at the Shangri-La Colombo, we had the pleasure of entertaining both friends and business partners at the Sapphyr Lounge. Maneesha quickly became our favorite server, while Pradeep, the supervisor, consistently checked in to ensure everything was taken care of seamlessly. The lounge itself, located in the lobby, has a vibrant and lively atmosphere. Evening hours are especially enjoyable with live entertainment, complemented by a great selection of cocktails, food, and beverages. We did see some small areas that needed improvements and it was conveyed to Pradeep. Hence the reason for 4 stars. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and attentive service from Maneesha and Pradeep. Thank you both for taking such great care of us during our business meetings as well as our downtime.

I visited for Afternoon High Tea and it was great! The lounge is beautiful, with nice views, and great atmosphere. There was also live music when I visited, so I enjoyed my tea with beautiful piano and violin performance. My waiter, Aakib, was polite and attentive. Food was also tasty, and included 12 items (savory, sweet and scones). For all this I paid 7532 LKR (around 25$). Great value for the price.
