This is my usual budget friendly breakfast spot in whenever I visit Jaffna. Good vegetarian food. Hot selling items are Dosa , string hoppers and Wada in the morning. Crowded noisy but food is good. Parking could be challenging in the morning. If you lucky you can find a spot same road where the Caffe is located. Service is good and fast usually most ppl who serve can talk in Sinhala and little English too.
