Normally, I don’t write bad reviews about restaurants, but this experience really disappointed me. The atmosphere of this restaurant is calm and visually beautiful. The place looks nice and has a good cultural vibe. That is the only positive thing I can mention. Unfortunately, the food quality and service were very poor. We paid around Rs. 4700, but honestly it was not even worth Rs. 1000. The food taste was very low, not fresh, and poorly prepared. The staff service was also upsetting – slow and not attentive. Customers come for food and service, not just decoration. This restaurant needs serious improvement in both quality and customer service When customers pay this much, they expect better food and better service. Right now, only the ambience is good. Food and service need serious improvement. I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and improve their standards.

One of the worst restaurants I’ve tried in Jaffna so far. From the service to the food quality, nothing was satisfactory. I didn’t even know it was possible to turn Chicken 65 into a saucy dish with bell peppers and bone-in chicken — basically like a Chicken Devil. Makes me wonder what their actual Chicken Devil tastes like. Overall, definitely not worth trying.
