I ordered a large Baamathi fried rice. The portion was huge, but honestly, the taste just wasn’t there. It felt like plain rice with barely any carrots or leeks, and the chicken pieces were bland, more like boiled chunks tossed in than proper fried rice. Overall, it was pretty disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend it, and I won’t be going back myself since the flavor just didn’t hit.

I recently dined in at this restaurant. The dine-in area was comfortable with proper air conditioning. However, the cashier area had a very unpleasant smell, similar to raw meat, which was off-putting. I ordered the mixed basmati rice, but it did not meet expectations—it was dry, lacked flavor, and the prawns were not cleaned properly. Additionally, no gravy was provided with the meal, which made it even more disappointing. On a positive note, the customer service was good. The staff were polite and attentive, which helped improve the overall experience slightly.

I've been enjoying food from this place since the '90s. When I was a kid, my dad used to bring home their fried rice, and it was absolutely delicious. I'm not saying it's bad now, but somehow, it just doesn't compare to the flavors of those earlier days. Maybe the owners and cooks have changed over the years.
