Sad to see the portion size of shorteats. When I questioned from one of staff why the fish rolls size is reduced they mentioned bright house got a new management. Only half of the patty is included in the bun (saw that after having the first bite) 🙄😒 small bun is Rs 130/= Fish roll for Rs 110/= Please don't reduce the quality of the food, you are only losing good customers who has been buying food from you guys for more than 20 years!!

I bought a sausage Presti from here today and the reason I bought it was because of its good appearance on the display unit. But when I got home and ate it, they had cut the sausage in half. Please be more careful about the food you display to your customers. Don't deceive customers like this. Because if you do, you will end up being deceived yourself.

My wife and I love this place — it’s our kind of Sunday after-service snack spot. The food is fresh and tasty, and the ambiance is cozy and welcoming. We especially love their iced coffee, and even my mom enjoyed it! They also accept card payments, which is very convenient. A perfect place for a casual treat or a relaxing snack with family. Highly recommended!

"I purchased two fish rolls and a loaf of sandwich bread from Bright House on January 11th. My mom ate one of the fish rolls and immediately noticed that it was spoiled. Later, when I began making sandwiches for my kids, I discovered black mold on the corner of the bread. I returned to the store, showed the manager the bread, and he tried to explain that the black spot was not mold, but rather a result of the cutting machine or something similar. He then asked if I wanted a replacement or a refund, but offered no apology whatsoever. The service was extremely poor, and there was no proper handling of my complaint. I will not be returning, as there are plenty of other good bakeries nearby, such as Oven Fresh, PnS Fab, and Fanfare

It was a hectic day for me and my uncle. We stopped by to get something to eat as we were very tired Food was horrible We purchased one mushroom burger and a fish roll with 2 orange juices There was nothing to appreciate we just ate that as we had no energy to argue at all Only good thing was the cashier there was very nice. This people really need to consider their food quality
