We waited 25 minutes for our order. The floor was very dirty. There was no toilet paper in the toilet, everything was dirty: toilets, mirrors, walls, floor, dryer. The first piece of potato was cold and rubbery, as if from leftovers. It was unpleasant to be there. The staff seemed friendly.

Located right next to the famous Zytologge and a major transport stop, there are ordering machines as well as plenty of seating upstairs. There is even an ordering machine on the seating level with table service for easy ordering, and food is of a quality and standard you expect…

Pretty awful. Slow service, waited more than 20 minutes which is expected, as there are only 2 cashiers at the register for some reason, even though there is a massive amount of tourists. Had to put a random table number in the machine because there weren’t any at the moment. I said to the cashier that I’m going to pick up the food, she said alright but when the woman who was carrying the trays came i explained that I put in a random number and I will get the food myself but she still got visibly upset… I thought, whatever, maybe the food will taste better but honestly it was the worst McDonal
