Very inspiring and visionary restaurant with the best service, food and wine. I went for dinner and had the degustation menu. I started with an amuse bouche the flavors were amazing fresh with local products. They only use products from inside of the 50km area around. The fish and meat were amazing and perfectly cooked. My favorite was the black root dish, was very creative and different. Amazing service of wine paring with non alcoholic cocktails and kombucha, perfectly combined with the innovative flavors. I had a wonderful dining experience at Restaurant Écluse in Bern. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was truly outstanding – attentive without being intrusive.
