Stopped at Café Remor on a sweltering Geneva afternoon, and it was exactly the kind of pause we needed. The leafy ceiling and yellow awnings cast a cool, dappled shade over the terrace, making it feel like a little oasis from the heat. Service was easygoing, and the atmosphere had that timeless, slightly old-school Geneva charm. Perfect spot to linger over a cold drink. We shared a shrimp cocktail and a tapenade and both were decent.

Incredibly popular with the local and the university students. Brasserie menu with a modern twist, plenty of salads options and other alternative to simple meat and fish. Interesting wine selection. Nice terrace despite a rather busy square. Service is welcoming and friendly.

The atmosphere is awesome. Nice social mix of clientele, old joint with nostalgic flair, comfy, great service. The food was ok: main dish (three salad special) was disappointing… nothing to fondly remember, too heavy in dressing and no complexity. Good bread. Great cakes … presented in a refurbished piano. Would go again, but choose a classic dish.
