Update 2 years later (April 2025): after many visits it's still my most beloved restaurant in the region. The quality of the food was ALWAYS on top!! Looking forward to meet you many more times.
Sandro Mathys★★★★The sushi here is great, but sadly everything else is sub-par. It's also rather pricey, but I'd say the sushi quality justifies it - the quality of everything else doesn't. The ice cream I had once was clearly melted at some point and then re-frozen. The Japanese Craft Beer was 5 days past its best before date (but, of course, there was nothing wrong with it). Staff here are not Japanese, so don't expect omotenashi or authenticity.
