Probably one of best ones around the World. I visited here 11 years ago in winter i had to sit indoor ofc. But now in summer they have seats outside just near the lake which serves stunning view. The staff is very friendly. Toilets are clean.

Great location overlooking the old bridge in Luzern. Tables outside by the water and inside on ground or 1st floor. We sat right by the window overlooking the water and bridge. Coffee great if one likes Starbucks. Got a custom made ice coffee which was absolutely perfect. The staff was amazing, and polite.

Good food with a great location and beautiful view. Staff is really Friendly and this is a very helpful place to eat breakfast, we tried other spots and they were square with the breakfast hours until 10:30am So we recommend this starbucks for those between hours and other places do not have this view.

Amazing for a starbucks! The staff is super cordial and always smiling. The drinks are also well made. I tried their lemon rasperry muffin, and I would recommend it. The location is 10/10, with a premium view of the bridge and the mountainous landscape. It can get pretty busy, but it seems like most people get it takeaway, so the seatings on the first floor with the view are often free. Unfortunately, there is only one bathroom, so you shouldn't really rely on it.
