If this isn't the absolute best bakery out there, then I don't know anything about baked goods! Everything they make is incredibly delicious and truly out of this world. To be completely honest and transparent, the prices are on the higher and more expensive side for a bakery, but given the exceptional quality and magnificent taste you get, it is worth every single franc. A must-visit destination for fresh pastry lovers in Zurich

Unfortunately, this sourdough bread was quite disappointing. Probably not the best sourdough bread. It’s packed with flour and completely lacks the light, airy texture good sourdough should have — instead, it’s dense and heavy like a rock. The taste didn’t make up for it either. I really didn’t enjoy it and wouldn’t buy it again.

The bread is a bit hard and very salty. But most of the bread in Switzerland has much more salt than in the rest of Europe. Thought it would be a bit different here. (Similar with all of the sandwiches). The search for good bread continues.
