It was a cold rainy morning that I decided to walk from City Suite Chen'Ai to ShouShan and was desperately in need of hot coffee when I stumble upon this shop (Kaohsiung seem like a city that doesn't fully wake up till 10am) which is open. Order the Gizha coffee and it is really. Good, friendly boss & nice decors. So this coffee has accompanied me all the way up to shoushan Love lookout. Hopefully there is a chance for me to enjoy the cafe next time.

I went with my wife and a friend during the days surrounding the new year and this place is a true gem. Last time we had been to Kaohsiung we really loved the delicious breakfast sets and cold brew, so we decided to try out their new location. The food and coffee were as still as amazing as last year, so we even went two times on this visit. We'll be sure to go again next time we go south.

It seems they don’t actually carry most of the menu items. I paid for a flavored latte and they came back later and said they were out of stock. I ordered a different latte and they didn’t refund me the 20NTD difference. The upper level is cute but doesn’t have air conditioning.

Very nice cafe near the pier and love look out. Enjoyed the French toast, the food was very filling and delicious. Open early which is unusual for Taiwanese cafes, so good for those looking for breakfast/brunch and not wanting to go to the chain cafes.
