Highly recommend for tourists who are looking to try tea based cocktails. The flavours are very different from your usual cocktails. The staff are very professional and welcoming. There was a customer who was extremely different (from the mass public) and the staff took it in stride and didn’t show any differences in reaction or service. I was also very intrigued by the difference in culture in Taiwan and had a couple of questions, and the staff all responded very professionally (without prejudice). This was something I was extremely surprised about, especially in a place that would’ve met people from all walks of life. It is though, very difficult to book a slot so definitely ensure you pre-book in advance.

Here's an english review for foreigners visiting Tainan. I came walk-in without a reservation and was lucky to have a seat available. Staffs are very friendly and recommend drinks as per my request. The interior is beautifully designed with traditional chinese vibes from the old times. Menu has english translation for those who do not know chinese. Had a brief chat with the staff and had an enjoyable night in the bar. Staff gave shot in-house as well. I would highly recommend to visit. Do make a reservation in advance as the bar is almost full the moment it's open. Note that there is a minimum spending of NTD 500 for drinks. 下次還會光顧, 謝謝店員招待!!

Their minimum spend of NTD 500 per person (excluding food) was the highest among the three bars we visited in Tainan. The playful wordplay that blends alcohol with pharmacy was clever, and this theme came through in all the details, from the cushion text to the decor and the menu. The staff managed tables efficiently and gently prompted us to order our next drink halfway through the hour, which some people might interpret as pressure to order more. Found myself at 赤崁中藥行, a space where old-town charm meets quiet creativity. We tried three drinks — 春嬌, 酸鹹甜, and 觀落音 — each one like a small story in a glass. 春嬌 carried a soft, elegant sweetness; 酸鹹甜 played with contrasts in the most delightful way; and 觀落音 was deep, expressive, almost contemplative.
