I really enjoyed my chirashi bowl, it had an assortment of fish and roe, 1 x sweet shrimp / egg / eel / scallop. There were also some crab and dried shrimp and mushrooms on the right side, above a bed of rice. The combination differs a little bit day by day. The one pictured is called the Mao Don. I'm interested in trying their two tier deluxe tower next time.

slightly only pricier side, but fish is always fresh and portions are generous. Ambience is really calming, it's a renovated old house with a very high ceiling. Food is delicious, service is fast and attentive. Only complaint would be they often use the middle tables for administrative work, it's a bit distracting. But otherwise the food and menu is on point. You have the option of upgrading your meal into a set menu by adding a soup, a steamed egg, and choice of dessert or beverage for 179ntd. Very good value if you have the stomach for it
