Very yummy if you love Japanese fluffy pancakes!! Flavors are great and all is handmade - very cool to watch! The owners also gave us free cookies - how sweet!
The woman behind the counter (owner?) was super friendly and helpful. I ordered the matcha souffle pancakes and Taiwanese mountain oolong tea- it was delicious. Be prepared to pay US prices, but the atmosphere, service, and food were great.
The soufflé pancakes are so good! We got the lemon pancake and they make everything from scratch right there in the store. The texture, the taste, the freshness everything was so perfectly put together. I’ll be dreaming about these

We live in NYC and travel to Japan and Taiwan annually and these are hands down the best soufflé pancakes we’ve ever had. We ended up coming twice this trip so we could try more of the menu. The whip cream is made fresh, and the balance of texture and flavor of the pancakes is unreal. Our favorites are probably the Matcha, black sesame, and bitter melon. The drink menu is also incredibly well curated, with especially lovely coffees. The staff’s English is limited, but they are so kind. One drink minimum per order as is typical of places like this.

Fluffiest pancakes ever!! Incredibly delicious, bouncy, light, made with so much care and dedication. We watched each pancake being made from scratch, it was so fun. Loved seeing the whipped meringue be folded into the batter. The staff were so friendly and kind, and the atmosphere was very cozy. Would absolutely come back again

I was walking around the area and found this place nearby, and since the photos looked so good I decided to try it out. It was really amazing!! The soufflés-pancake portion is huge and really filling, and the Oolong Tea was brewed perfectly! The atmosphere was calming and whole staff was very nice and made the experience even better!!

Absolutely delicious! We had the black sesame souffle pancake and it was so incredibly fluffy, soft, and not too sweet even with the whipped cream. The Ethiopian coffee was very fruity and flavorful, would definitely recommend. The oolong tea was delicious and had a very strong flavor. Although they spoke limited english, the service was very friendly and accomodating. The portion sizes are quite large so don't come with a full stomache.

Really really delicious. Probably the best soufflé pancake I’ve ever had. I ordered the matcha pancakes. Not too sweet, super light and delicate, with a nice balance of bitterness.
