Great indian restaurant in a prime location. Amazing views of the city and taipei 101. Menu in very extensive and has something for everyone. The server had lots of good recommendations for us and was outgoing and friendly. The food was tasty and very well presented. Great location for special occasions or just a night out on the town.

Came to dine as a group of 3 on a Wednesday evening around 6pm. I was a bit skeptical after reading some of the lower reviews on service and food however both the service and the food was actually really good and goes without saying the view was amazing. The portions are called entrees however they are somewhere in between a main and entree that I am used to at other indian restaurants overseas. The dishes were flavourful and surprisingly the dhum biryani was cooked using the traditional dhum method. The only feedback I have and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the girl at reception was super unfriendly when I asked directions to the toilet upon arrival however once I came back and she realised I am a patron her attitude improved ..having said that definitely not the service you expect regardless whether you are dining there or not especially given its meant to be more upscale. Having said that I would still recommend the place for a nice night out :)

Saffron 46 was the perfect choice. We could enjoy the great view of Taiwan's landmark without needing a separate observatory ticket. Also, the staff even took great photos for us. I visited with my husband to celebrate my birthday, and when we ordered dessert, they provided a service with a candle and a small message, making my celebration even more special. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodated most of our requests perfectly. Communication in English was smooth, and I was especially impressed by how fast and efficient the reservation process was via email. As a traveler visiting from abroad, this quick communication was very reassuring. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations for Indian food restaurant in Taiwan, assuming the view was the main attraction. However, the food was surprisingly high-quality and delicious. The Lamb Korma, in particular, was excellent. My only regret is that we couldn't try more dishes from the menu. I wish I had a bigger stomach to try ot

Indulgent Indian cuisine with breathtaking views on the 46F next to Taipei 101. The setting of the restaurant is lovely, and the service was very kind and attentive. The food was decent. The garlic naan was soft and juicy, perfect for dipping gravy. Recommend the crab pakora - soft tender meat, in a flavourful sauce. Did find the lamb samosa slightly dry on the inside, and their appetiser chicken tikka was served gravy-less which kind of makes it drier. We also really enjoyed the cocktail Honey Haze. It was unique and citrusy: very refreshing.

The worst thing to happen to any traveler is forgetting their wallet at the hotel while dining at a fine restaurant — and it happened to us! Very, very frustrating day… but I’m so thankful to all the staffs here. They didn’t make my experience embarrassing or awkward at all while I waited for my husband to pick up our wallets from our hotel which, by the way, is 30 minutes away… so just imagine how much I wanted to be swallowed up by the floor right then for an hr lol haha that's our fault btw, we're pretty swamped with our schedule. So I don't the hate from the reviews, the staffs are very kind y'all! Also, the food here is so good!! and the view of Taipei 101 is truly majestic. Authentic Indian cuisine too. I came in excited because it was my birthday. The 2 servers were great (man & woman); however, I didn’t feel the vibe of the manager (the woman wearing black). It was also my birthday on that day. I bought the chocolate cake and I thought there will be candle because I saw some other guests had it. The staff also greeted the other guests a happy birthday but I didn’t get one even when I told them that it was my bday. I just feel sad thinking about it. Anyway, I do hope that you treat other guests as equally as possible regardless of race and ethnicity. I enjoyed the food though so thank you.
