Bonchon at The Mall Bangkapi is usually a place I enjoy, and the chicken is always good in terms of flavor. However, the service has definitely gone downhill based on my recent visit. We waited over an hour for our food, which is far too long. When the food finally arrived, most of it was cold, which was very disappointing. It is frustrating because I usually have a good experience here. The shop seemed understaffed and very chaotic, and the overall service did not match the quality I have experienced before. Very disappointed with this visit and hope they improve soon.

Although it feels like a forbidden thing, I can recommend the cheesy tteokbokki. The sauce is more sweet than spicy, definitely not too spicy for tourists. Welcoming staff and affordable prices ☺️
