The pho broth was excellent—rich and flavorful—although the beef itself was fairly average. The carbonara pasta could be improved by using butter instead of margarine, as the flavor was closer to a creamy mushroom sauce than a traditional carbonara. The rice dishes were enjoyable. I visited Siamese Cat Cafe on a Sunday, and yes, it was quite crowded. But the staff were very kind and helpful, and they tried their best to take care of everyone. At the time, it seemed like there was a temporary power/air-conditioning issue in the front area, so the outside seating felt hot. However, the inside area and cat room were still okay. Even though the café was busy, the staff remained friendly and attentive. There is no entrance fee or limit time. Wow it’s at least 150/hr for other shops. You only need to buy a pair of sock for 30 baht, which is reasonable because the cat room was clean and didn’t smell. Overall, Sunday is still ok but if you want a quiet visit, but if you love cats and appreciate friendly service, this café is still worth visiting. I would recommend coming on a weekday for a more relaxing experience.
