The atmosphere was sublime. We visited after dark, the feeling was like entering an elves' enclave in LoTR storyline. However, the experience went downhill the moment we were seated. The al-fresco section, while spotting good views under the lights and liveband stage, was damn stuffy and without fans (there were insects as well). Coupled with a meal of slightly below average Thai food, we were uncomfortable at best and sweated through the meal. Sad to say, this place is just for the environment.

We are so happy to have warm and fantastic dining experience in this restaurant. The waiter serve very friendly and patiently. We enjoy ourselves very much by taking a lot of nice photos. Everything seem perfect till reach the time for paying bill. 1918 bath? But when I checked the bill twice, the total should be only 1618 bath. I feel weird and asking the staff, he then said the cashier have done a mistake. How come a big restaurant and such a famous restaurant did this type of mistake and without any apology to us? Is that because of we are foreigner? Hopefully some action to be taken to avoid it happen to other in future. Thank you.

Trust the reviews for lacklustre service, slow to attend to guests, food is served in a weird order where the appetiser/snacks came last? The ambience is outstanding and the soft glow of the restaurant and photo areas fill up for the lack of quality service and very long waits. I had a generally good experience here until the end where we were harassed rudely to pay with only TouchnGo, no cash, no credit card- this is absolutely insane for a place with so many tourists, non Malaysian tourists can’t use TouchnGo easily in Thailand, in the end I had to come up with my own solutions with PromptPay with no help from the staff. Absolutely terrible finisher.

This is a restaurant perfect for taking photos and checking in. The trees blend beautifully with the restaurant, and it would probably look even better at night with the lighting. However, the food is a bit lacking in flavor—the Tom Yam soup is rather bland. Prices are slightly on the higher side, but if you're looking for a dining experience with a sense of occasion, this is a nice place.

One of the trendier restaurants in Hatyai—complete with a live band and plenty of Instagrammable corners. Honestly, we didn’t have high expectations because of the average Google reviews, but to our surprise, all the dishes we ordered turned out quite decent! Not mind-blowing, but definitely enjoyable. Prices were also reasonable for a restaurant of this style. Worth a visit if you’re in the area!
