There are some 3-4 aggressive dogs between the gate and the hotel. They bark and maneuver around you as if to bite you everytime you try to come into the hotel. If the staff sees you, they calm the dogs down so you can enter. But what about when there are no staff. I had to wait outside for may be 15 minutes before i was able to checkin. There was no one outside except for the dogs. I couldn't get any contact info. I had to risk getting bitten, to get the attention of someone inside, so they can come to me and let the dogs know you are not a threat and then check in. The person doesn't even say sorry and acts as if its not at all a big thing and somehow i am at fault. This happens everytime you go out and try to come in. Not sure why no one else talked about it. If i had known this place was like this, i wouldn't have booked at all. The rooms are basic, are fine for the price. Same as any other hotel in bang krachao. They are somewhat big as well. 17 October 2025 We spent a wonderful night at Bang Kachao such a peaceful and relaxing place, perfect for a quiet escape from the city. The owner, P’Art, is a singer and artist known for the song “Khuen Jai” (คืนใจ). We were lucky enough to have dinner and a few drinks together last night, and it turned out to be such a warm and fun evening! P’Art is kind, sincere, and full of that special artist’s charm. Some people might find him a bit bold or straightforward, but to us, he’s just real, honest, and truly himself. If you’re planning to stay here, come with an open mind and enjoy the experience you’ll see what we mean. We had such a joyful and memorable time here relaxing, meeting great people, and collecting lovely memories from Bang Kachao.

Had an amazing staycation at this place. The place is dog friendly. There was also this cute little dog who was the owner’s. The staff was attentive. Very impressed by the hospitality and friendliness of the owner and staff there. The room was pretty basic but clean. I spent most of the time outside anyway so I was not bothered by that. The place had a restaurant in case you don’t feel like renting a bike and go around

Did not stay, but the food is not the best. Small portions for high price. Stir fry Tofu was only a plate of very fluffy deepfried tofu cubes. No vegetable, no noodle, nothing. The burger was size of a McDonald's happy meal burger, only with a slice of cheese and patty, one tomato and one slice of carrot. The dog kept in a cage in the dining area and barking is also quite disturbing to the otherwise peaceful atmosphere.
