Pier 21 is famous for a reason. Made-to-order dishes are amazing. Pre-made (warming trays) dishes are solid. International foods (Indian cuisine especially) are alright but isn't as good as what you might find in Toronto. Mango smoothies were a little bland. Finding seating is absolutely hectic. Exchanging money for coupons is straightforward (you can get a refund if you don't spend it all) and makes "buying" at the vendors pretty efficient (scan the card you receive). Value is unbeatable. Would definitely come back.

super cheap, like cheaper than the night markets and street food I had (though I stayed at center areas so my perception might be skewed) most dishes are 30-50THB, and tastes pretty alright (similar to the high end restaurants in the same mall) the rice and stewed pork from the shop with the big vat is alright, meat really tender and only 32THB. mango smoothie was 30THB. Gotta buy a foodcourt card near the escalator though, fortunately the staffs were really fast even if there are lines.

Thailand loves airport themed malls and the food court on the 5th floor of terminal 21 is great. Plenty of options with many meals costing about $1 usd. It's a great way to sample different things and getting a good deal. Lots of stalls have 3 item combos that let you sample quite a few dishes. The stall with papaya salad was great too. The setup reminds me of a college cafeteria.Just make sure to get the dining card first.

For culinary enthusiasts, this place is a must-visit. While it might not be like street food that might evoke a local sensation, the dishes here also have a Thai feel, like the tom yum and pad Thai, which are truly delicious. Besides the wide variety of food stalls, the prices are very affordable. I never thought I could get so much food for 500 baht and stay full until morning.

Pier 21 is one of the best food court options in Bangkok, especially for the price. Located on the top floor of Terminal 21, it offers a wide variety of Thai dishes at very affordable prices compared to most malls in the city. The system is simple, you top up a card, order from different stalls, and return the card for a refund if there’s any remaining balance. Despite being very popular and often crowded, the queue moves quickly and tables turnover fast. Food quality is solid across most stalls. Portions are fair for the price, and flavors feel authentic rather than “mall-adjusted.” Great place to try different Thai dishes in one visit without spending much. Overall, excellent value for money, convenient location near BTS Asok and MRT Sukhumvit, and perfect if you want variety in a comfortable, air-conditioned setting.

Pier 21 is one of the best food courts in Bangkok, especially considering the prices. The variety of food is excellent — from classic Thai dishes to seafood, desserts, and fresh juices — all in one place. The best som tam (papaya salad) I had in Bangkok was actually here. Fresh, perfectly balanced, spicy, and full of flavor — exactly how it should be. It tasted authentic and made to order. The quality overall is surprisingly good for a food court, portions are generous, and everything is well organized and clean. Prices are extremely affordable, which makes it even more impressive. Located inside Terminal 21, it’s easy to access and perfect for a quick meal or trying several different dishes at once. A must-visit spot if you want great Thai food at very reasonable prices.

This place is a food lover’s paradise, especially if you’re looking for great value. The prices are incredibly affordable for the quality and variety you get—Thai classics, comfort food, and quick bites all in one place. One important thing first-timers should know: you need to load a prepaid card before ordering anything. This is how all purchases are made inside the food court. I initially loaded 1,000 Baht and was surprised that I didn’t even consume half of it, despite ordering multiple dishes. That alone says a lot about how budget-friendly it is. Overall, Pier 21 offers excellent food at unbeatable prices in a clean, organized, and efficient setup. Just remember to load the card first—and don’t overestimate how much you’ll need. Definitely a must-visit when you’re at Terminal 21.

Food court located on the 5th floor. Operates on a prepaid card system. Get the card at the 'Coupon' counter and top it up with cash. Any balance will be returned when you return the card. At the food stall, flash the QR code behind the card at the reader to pay. Lots of seating. Food available are mango sticky rice, stewed pork rice, few options of chicken rice, briyani, etc.
