From start to end it was an amazing evening. The view of the Palace was a surprise. Enjoyed Walking through the kitchen, viewing area and finally the dining area. A nice touch to display the ingredients as some are unusual. Personalised table card and menu a nice touch. First time for a mocktail pairing. One of the best dining experiences of my life. My wife and I decided to spend Mother's Day here and celebrate. Walking in, the lobby reception area is very tastefully done, with cute Michelin figurines relating to their Michelin stars. Tapestry used by the chef's grandmother and a great view of the Wat Pho area. Afterward, you get a tour of the kitchen, and then you go to the living room area. In the kitchen, the people in the chefs were very warm, and we got to try cold dishes. In the living room, the view was phenomenal. We got to take pictures and again try more dishes. Afterward, we got to the main dining area and sat right at the window with an amazing view. The rest was a symphony and almost hard to describe. All the dishes were just phenomenal, the tastes bringing out Thai culture, the precision, the detail. So many different staff were helping create our experience. What a dining experience! You start in the bar area for a welcome drink before being brought to the kitchen where you’re introduced to the chefs. You have your first two bites right there. You’re then brought up to the 4th floor where you sit in their living room area with a stunning view of Wat Pho, which is lit up at night. You have the option of having a drink there to embrace the ambience while you have your 3rd bite. We opted for a 2008 Cristal, couldn’t image not having a beautiful glass of champagne with that view. After that we were guided to the living room bar for our final bite before dinner. Onto dinner service on the 3rd floor and you still have that stunning view with the walls backdropped in traditional Thai weaves. We had an amazing experience at Nusara Bangkok. The food was super tasty, with so much flavor in every bite. The view of the palace from the rooftop was truly superb and made the whole experience feel extra special. We started with small bites from the kitchen, then enjoyed a few more on the rooftop, and finally returned to our table to enjoy the rest of the meal—such a fun and memorable way to dine. Our highlights were the signature crab curry with prawn crackers, which was absolutely delightful, and the coconut ice-cream, which was simply a delight. The food was amazing, it's easy to see why they got their Michelin star. Beautiful restaurant ( the interior designs and arts, the view, location). You could certainly feel the great energy of the many young talents /staff there. Excellent service. Perhaps 12 course and the portion was a bit too generous for us (at our age haha), when the time came for their 6 desserts we were quite full already! Would recommend that you go there hungry and with empty stomach and be prepared for an adventurous dining experience. All in all, Excellent food and great experience!

A culinary journey awaits at Nusara. Had very high expectations finally dinning here, and the whole team at Nusara delivered over and above! The journey starts with the first bites in the kitchen, warming you up for dinning experience ahead. You then move up to the glass celarium, amazing views and food bites await. Finally settle into the dinning room, for the main experience. I had the wine pairing, and it enhanced the dinning experience perfectly. The service was great, keeping the pace of dinner smooth.
