One word… Amazing! Went for first time and was not sure what to expect…. And skeptic of reviews… So here is my review: Great ambiance, speakeasy bar, was promptly welcomed, and given undivided attention… Sat at the bar, ordered a Bourbon Old Fashion, but told them they can add their own twist… first one came w Peach taste, second one they made for me was Smokey with cinnamon both with premium rum and perfection. Bartender and staff very attentive and professional, drinks of quality and unique, pricing reasonable… what more can anyone ask for! One of my new favorite bars in BKK! Hope to see you there… or not…

Long time patron, but my last visit warrants a warning, mostly about the pricing. There is no menu and no prices. You give a taste profile and a base spirit, they build the drink, and then charge you per pour of every component after the fact. A single drink can came to roughly 900 baht with no way to know the brand, quality, or quantity of alcohol being used, and no way to control any of it. You are signing a blank cheque on every drink. Service matched it. Ordering runs like a quiz, 3 to 4 minutes per person, with poor comprehension and communication skill at their end. Group of nine: first drinks arrived at 10 minutes, the last at the one hour mark, and that was only round one. Staff mixed up the drinks and couldn't tell us what was what, so we passed glasses around the table to figure out whose was whose. We paid more per drink than what new york city's high end bars charge, for a far worse experience.

For anyone who struggles with decision-making, this is a dream. • I asked for a gin-based, not-too-sweet drink, and was served a watermelon cocktail — refreshing, fruity, and easy to drink. • Also ordered a Negroni, which was exceptionally well-balanced. The herbal notes from the gin, the depth of vermouth, and the bitterness were perfect. 🕯️ Atmosphere • The bar is dimly lit, with spider specimens displayed on the walls — slightly edgy, yet intriguing. • Music is low, making it ideal for quiet conversations and slow sipping.

Another weekend was upon us and we were looking for a new place to try some drinks. The J Boroski in Thonglor was on top of the recommendation list. The no menu was an interesting point and we wanted to see how it will pan out. Place is at end of a small dim lot alley without any sign board. It was an experience way above typical Bangkok bars. The bar tenders created delicious cocktails based on our requirements. We had two rounds of drinks and all the drinks were unique. Theme is dark and it went well with over all theme. It was a fantastic experience.
