Extremely disappointed with the service during my recent visit. We waited over 30 minutes just to get a refill, and no one bothered to check on the table , even though the restaurant was nearly empty. This is completely unacceptable. I have been coming here regularly for the past 3 years and have never experienced service this poor. I even approached the waitress myself, yet still waited another 15 minutes and no one showed up. That level of negligence is frustrating and unprofessional. This visit was far below the standard I expect from this place. I sincerely hope management takes this seriously and improves the service quality. Never again.

Cracking Irish pub in downtown Abu Dhabi. Great ambiance with a “big house” feel which must be amazing when the place gets packed out and a band is playing onstage. Visited on a Monday evening for a few pints of the Black Gold and left throughly satisfied, the bartender know how to pour ‘em! Heaps of drinks promos and offers available throughout the week, staff very friendly and helpful too. Wholly recommended!

Wonderful experience. Grilled salman was superb and tasty. The beer is fresh, crisp and cold. The manager Manjula welcomed me and was a perfect gentleman checking in on the table often. All the servers are very sweet and kind which makes this place a real gem! A very welcoming hideaway place in the heart of Abu Dhabi that is a large and spacious venue for plenty of people.
