This is literally my go-to comfort place. I always love visiting Baitna as it’s the coziest and closest place to me. It has the best atmosphere, drinks, and view ever. The staff are amazing and genuinely some of the most friendly people I’ve ever met. From my first visit, I used to be served by Mousa and Rehab, and they are truly some of the nicest people here. They’re always smiling and so warm and welcoming, which makes every visit even better. I’ve also brought all my friends here, and I would definitely recommend this place a thousand times to everyone.

The atmosphere is relaxing, making it a great place to enjoy coffee or a meal with family and friends. While the outdoor seating isn't ideal during the hot summer season, they also offer comfortable indoor tables, so you can still enjoy the experience. The food is delicious, and the Filipino (kabayan) staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making every visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy café with great views, good food, and excellent service!

A friend recommended Baitna which literally means “our home” in Arabic and honestly, the name couldn’t be more accurate. From the moment I walked in, it truly felt like home. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and perfect for getting work done while still enjoying a relaxed vibe. The coffee was absolutely amazing, and I ordered a turkey sandwich that was fresh and tasted incredible. What really makes this place stand out besides the great food and drinks is the experience. Sitting on the 30th floor with a stunning view over the city is something special (check out the photos below!). It’s the kind of place you don’t want to leave. A big thank you to Mr. Jwad for the warm welcome-back treat. The staff are genuinely friendly and attentive, which made the whole visit even better. Without a doubt, this is going to be my favorite coffee shop in town. H

Amazing vibe and a very welcoming atmosphere. All the staff were friendly and always smiling. Even though we arrived late, they took great care of us and made us feel welcome. We ordered an iced Spanish latte, which was really good, and the sandwich was delicious. We also tried a few other hot and cold drinks, and everything was great. The balcony with the sea view was a lovely bonus and made the experience even better. Definitely a place worth visiting!
