We are staying at the Four Points by Sheraton hotel. Every day we have breakfast and dinner at the wonderful Yasmina restaurant located on the second floor of the hotel. The restaurant’s menu is more than diverse. The selection is plentiful: there are spicy and mild dishes, options with more delicate flavors, a variety of sauces, vegetables and fruits, salads, cold and hot appetizers, several types of side dishes, meat and poultry dishes, fish, spring rolls, soups, desserts, juices, coffee, and tea. Omelettes, fried eggs, waffles, pancakes, burgers, and more are prepared right in front of you. The head chef, Mr. Sharad, often comes out to the guests and sincerely asks whether everything was enjoyable and tasty. The waiters and managers perform their duties smoothly and almost invisibly. Overall, the restaurant has a very friendly and calm atmosphere. We sincerely wish the restaurant prosperity, success, and many happy guests! P.S. Mr. Sharad, you are amazing!

I'm very thankful for the best service in this wonderful restaurant with cozy and friendly atmosphere! I had a pleasure to enjoy very delicious food of different types and so amazing service! Chefs are doing their work with love and care, cooking food you want to eat again and again! All staff is so nice and friendly! And I want to say huge thank you to waiter Nay, who is working here ❤️ he was always very happy to help me in any situation, finding a free table, serving or bringing something I would like to eat, gently informing me about important things and did very delicious cappuccino, manually) he should be a barista for sure) thanks to him I was always so comfortable while visiting the restaurant) and even I need a short chat or some answers - he was always there to give me the best attention) thank you so much, Nay!) and thanks to everyone who is working there! I recently visited this restaurant and was quite disappointed with the experience. While the ambiance is pleasant and inviting, the overall dining experience fell short — especially given the steep price of 179 AED. Firstly, the dates maybe served from directly the tree which maybe the reason they were extremely dirty — a clear sign of poor preparation. The Lamb Ozi, arguably the highlight of the menu, was delicious but poorly managed. Instead of keeping it available for guests to enjoy, they continuously covered the dish, seemingly to discourage people from taking more. The fruit selection was equally disappointing — just one bowl with all the fruits mixed together, making it feel more like an afterthought than a proper offering. For the price charged, the variety and quality of food were simply not worth it. If you’re only visiting for the ambiance, it’s a nice spot. But if you’re expecting a satisfying dining experience, this place sadly doesn’t deliver.

A restaurant full of smiles and happy faces, that's impressive, shows excellent management. Robot service, impressive but will never replace Dicky, Pandy, momin and Vinay, they smile, attentive, ask if all was good, any improvement to be made. A service with a smile is like having your first coffee of the day. Good service, keep it up guys. Yet to try the seafood, however it has become a challenge to become a member Marriote Bonvoy which allows a discount, been trying to activate membership for last 2 day's but does not recognise profile created by the front desk. Will try again today just in case system was not in sync, if not will have to miss and try seafood outside.
