Qinwan in Downtown Dubai is truly a beautiful and welcoming place. From the moment you walk in, all the staff make you feel welcomed. The cafe is really the perfect spot to relax and enjoy great food or dessert. The staff are incredibly helpful when it comes to explaining their menu and selections, and one thing we really appreciated was that they offer samples so you can taste before deciding what to order. What made our experience especially memorable, and the main reason we kept coming back, was the fantastic service from Bishnu. He consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He was always friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind to us. We ended up visiting almost every day, partly just to say hello to him and enjoy another meal or dessert. Everything we tried was great, but I have to especially recommend the date ice cream. Qinwan Cafe is truly a beautiful experience from start to finish. The service from Bishnu was excellent, attentive, and genuine throughout. What really stood out was the incredible attention to detail in every little element of the cafe. From the printed tissues, to the beautifully labeled coasters, and the perfectly coordinated green theme color carried across the whole space, everything felt intentional and refined. The presentation is stunning, but the food absolutely lives up to it as well. The mejhool date with the coffee was a lovely touch! Ive never had mejhool dates of this quality and taste! You can tell a lot of care has gone into not only the taste of the food, but also the overall experience they want guests to have. Such a marvelous cafe with charm, quality, and character in every detail. Kudos to the team at Qinwan! We're definitely coming back!

I came to this place 3 to 4 times and I think it’s a great place if certain things are corrected. When it comes to the service, they are extremely kind people and some of them are friendly but some of them do not know anything about hospitality and I’m writing and putting that the service was good only for the certain agent lady and another agent person who were extremely nice and hospitable but there are other two who we’re not hospitable and not friendly. Also, there are certain ways where you can call a customer with full respect not as if you know them as your friend, but in a way that conveys that at most levels of respect which some of them do not possess. To be fair, I have tried many different Sweets I like the dates they have as they have nice variety of dates and chocolates but for example in one of the pictures that I have posted there was this desert with a lot of fruits and berries which tasted very bad. The atmosphere of this qinwan cafe is absolutely lovely, and everything is very clean. The staff’s service is truly amazing :) so welcoming and attentive. My friend just slightly crossed her arms a bit, and the staff immediately noticed and even offered her a blanket. That level of attention really impressed us. The dates and drinks were delicious, but what stood out the most was the staff’s attitude and genuine hospitality. I would give them 100 out of 10 for their service. Thank you so much!
