This is CJ’s Kira road. Honestly, they have some really great food. My friends and I genuinely enjoyed the meals, no complaints there at all. But what’s the point of having great food and poor customer service? That’s where the experience completely dropped for us. It almost felt like the staff were so afraid of their manager that they couldn’t think creatively or make some adjustments to help the customer. It was either their way or no way. There didn’t seem to be a genuine effort to understand the client or find a middle ground. The main person we had gone to celebrate actually lost his appetite because of how things were handled, and that’s not a small thing. When someone loses the desire to eat at a restaurant because of the experience, that’s a problem. It's a nice place to grab your breakfast. Service sometimes becomes slow but only on busy days. One messed up order isn't worth downplaying all the other times when they kept up to the standard. So I would definitely recommend it. I only go for breakfast because that means I know how much I have to carry and not worry about miscalculated expenses. The meal is also good and filling.
