Francis Tumusiime★★★When you hear the name "Hype Bar and Lounge” you might need to read this review. 1. This entity has a bar, which is on the second floor of Down town Building. This bar definitely is chill out for mechanics, clients and those who are football fanatics given the number of screens fitted. 2. It has a restaurant that operates on the first floor of the same building. The restaurant operates at minimal with rice, matooke, posho and either meat or chicken as the major course meal. 3. It has a grill on the ground floor that does roasted chicken, chips and goat meat. So, if you happen to visit down town for your car repair, you have somewhere to chill from. Secondly, if you have given your car to some untrusted jama, stand on the second floor to monitor all activities around your car, it's a superb vantage point. All the best with your next stopover
