My 3rd time here at Java kira and the girl tells me she is giving me coffee in a take away cup yet am dining in !! When I refused the take away cup, she brought cofee in a cup ,not a pot . I requested for a pot since i needed it to keep warm while i sipped it, she told me I ordered single meaning it can only be served in a cup not pot and that triple means ,am served in a pot . I felt stupid because as far as I know single , double and triple mean the amount of coffee content . Main issue is she doesnt want to serve in utensils but rather take away cups because its the 3rd time she suggests a take away cup as much as I insist am dining in . As for the extremely slow service!!! I walked in and sat and she came to me 10 mins later much as there was one customer who had already been served . The last 2 times were not any different !! My love for coffee will take me some where else, yet its within my neighbourhood , am done with JAVA house Kira !!

I called in at 10:40am ordered a sandwich and tea for takeaway. I got there at 11:15am and it wasn’t ready. Lady looked like she forgot as soon as I hang up. The purpose for calling in advance was so I didn’t have to wait.

java house kira Najera is understaffed orders take so long to come out. I had to help myself to get my bill and to get pack my doggy bag packed I don't blame the staff but the management please get more employees during Rush hours I was there at 8pm 17th 01 2025
