Ordered 2 drinks in the drive through. One of the drinks was supposed to be Sprite but it looked like dirty water. I handed it back and said "This Sprite is brown, can I get a fresh one please?" He looked at the cup and then back at me like "So what??" Literally 10 minutes later he brings me more brown stuff. How hard is lemonade in a cup?

The food was really good and I was particularly impressed with how generous the toppings in my McFlurry were. However the service was slow and it took them forever to find the 5p bag I’d paid for. There was rubbish everywhere, most notably in the outside area, despite there seeming to be plenty of staff available. I appreciate people should clean up after themselves, but unfortunately they were not! This experience wouldn’t deter me from another visit in the future.

Would not let me choose zero starts Absolutely horrendous service been waiting on delivery since 10:25 estimate delivery time was stated as 11:25-11:45pm it is currently 12:30am I haven’t received my order or even any updates on my order can’t get through to the store to find out where the food is a driver still hasn’t been chosen for my order worst experience yet again! If you like time wasters then order from McDonalds
