Great location, inside Union Square shopping centre. Rooms were nice, had everything we needed. The young blonde attendant at the front desk was absolutely lovely and an asset to the team (I think her name was Olivia).

Good location but incredibly noisy all night long with noise from the harbour and the bus station. The room wasn't great either, bed was very small and the lamp and 2 sockets were broken. There weren't any USB ports or even a plug at each side of the bed. Poor standards for a supposedly good quality hotel.

Great hotel ideal location for bus and train stations. Friendly helpful staff and great breakfast. Room suffered from lack of power points ( only one near beds ) and no USB ports at all .

Great hotel in a great location! Upon arrival, the initial welcome as a bit sharp and rude yet on return to check in later the receptionist was very accommodating and helpful. The room itself was spacious, well arranged clean and overall, very comfortable! I didn't stay for breakfast.
