Gaver R&R a try because it opened an hour earlier than my usual breakfast place in Abingdon and I needed a decent breakfast and was in a bit of a rush. Breakfast was simple, 2 egg, 2 sausage, 2 bacon, beans and toast, but bacon in particular was cooked just right, coffee was extra which came as a surprise, but a good quality brew.

Been here a few times now, sometimes for a quick coffee and sometimes for a brunch / lunch. Every time, I have been welcomed by cheery friendly staff who are always willing to help. The place generally has a very positive vibe. There is ample seating inside and out. Outside you have to be aware that the seating isn't directly in front and a bit to the right facing outside. We had one time where our food orders took 20+mins and they'd forgotten one of our orders which was a tad disappointing given the reviews but perhaps it was a bad day so willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. Very friendly and nice atmosphere. My only negative is that we ordered a kids Tuna sandwich and it was huge. The filling of tuna was about 3 times what it needed to be. It’s very generous but can’t help feel it ends up being wasted. Also might be nice to have some veg/ salad pieces on the side too to give a bit of nutritional variation.

Nice little cafe. Came here for a quick breakfast and the food is good. Nice quality for the price. Quick and good service. Nice ambiance for morning works.
