Absolutely terrible experience, we ordered a takeaway on new years eve at 7.15pm, recieved an email to say the meal would be 85 minutes, my partner turned up to collect the meal at 8.45, to be told it would be 10 minutes, he went back in 10 minutes later to be told it will be 10 minutes, he returned 10 minutes later to be told it would be another 10 minutes, finally he returned home at 9.20, with the food. Over 2 hours after we had ordered thd food, there was another man in the restaurant collecting take away and was expecting it to be delivered an hour later, but they forgot to deliver it a
