Excellent food and service been reading review bit bored so thought I be a bit nosey. Never head an issue with any staff. Helpful and pleasant food has always been on point every time. Came to eat Just like certain individuals Been coming here with wife for tea and parata aswell as English breakfast. Kids have enjoyed shakes. Some people seriously need to give their head a wobble. I have been a regular customer at Cha Cha Chai Accrington since it opened and have visited many times for breakfast and desserts. Unfortunately, over time I have noticed a decline in the quality of the breakfast service. On several occasions, including my most recent visit, tables were left uncleared for long periods. my table remained uncleaned for around 30 minutes while I waited to place my order and receive my food. I am also disappointed with the customer service from one particular member of staff (a lady who makes the parathas, usually with her hair tied up and no headscarf a bit aged)

Found this place while looking round the local area for a quick light halal lunch. There wasn't really much available so this place seemed like the best option. The placed had nice deco but tables hadn't cleaned for new customers. Got acknowledged and served in good time. There's a good range of options on the menu from kebabs to Desserts.. and obviously teas. Ordered loaded Fries with chicken / mince mix. I sat and waited. The wait was looooooooong... Only a party of 4 sat before me. And one delivery order. Another customer came after me ordered and left with his drink/food. I think

I just went in for a breakfast meal and was told that they're not doing breakfast anymore from a lady sounding stressed from the kitchen but menu states breakfast from 9am til 3pm. So, then I pointed out that it says breakfast til 3pm and its only 2.25pm to which the cashier replied "im sorry we are under staffed" ??? Then I asked to order from the street menu a paratha and seekh and asked him "is it lamb or chicken" to which he replied "I dont know, they come ready like that" and didn't have the common sense to check. He then also said that the paratha will be a frozen one and not fresh! And
