Edward★Disappointing experience. The menu advertises milkshakes, but they’re unavailable as the store apparently doesn’t have the facilities to make them. This feels misleading. Staff also didn’t seem particularly helpful when I asked about it.
Asadd Sakhawat★I regret visiting this place again which was once a nice dine out place. It seems they are now mostly focussing on savings than offering better services. Saving on Mayonnaise, saving on toilet usage, saving on cleaning, saving on how to greet customers. Hopefully, making a lot out of this f****** saving policy. Definitely a not recommended place any longer.

Tanya★I’m really disappointed to be writing this review about the KFC Hall Green, as it’s a place my family and I have trusted and visited regularly. On 24 April 2026 at approximately 10:00 p.m., while going through the drive-thru, I witnessed a staff member preparing burgers without wearing gloves. He was handling burger buns and food directly with his hands, then touching buttons and surrounding surfaces. At one point, I saw him wipe his hands on his trousers and then continue handling food. I also clearly saw him press down on a chicken fillet inside a burger with his bare hands. I raised this
